We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Colors and details may vary from what appears on your screen.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event a product is unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order.
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks for in-store purchases. Online orders require credit card or PayPal payment. All transactions are processed securely.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your purchase based on Florida state and local tax rates.
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused condition with original packaging and receipt. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We offer local delivery within 15 miles of our Ocala store location for a flat fee of $10. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 business days. Free delivery on orders over $100.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after delivery confirmation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bees Knee's Retail LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bees Knee's Retail LLC or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Marion County, Florida.
